These guys are awesome. We needed a inspection done on our AC, heater and water heater. They are quick and professional which sad to say is rare now days. They're honesty with letting us know our AC was still good as is was great because they could have lied but they didn't. That being said they gained a customer for life and they changed our water heater on the same day they came to look at it. Great prices as well.

Very few businesses have a combination of great customer service, efficient operational logistics and excellent technical skill and knowledge. Drain Pro Plumbing is such a company with an amazing staff who is service oriented, respectful and knowledgeable. We have used several HVAC companies in the Boise area (Western Heating and Cooling, Drake Mechanical, Ashley Heating & Air, Jims Heating and Coolings) but none is any match for Drain Pro's superior service. Even though Drain Pro's price was less than its competitors, I would pay a higher cost to receive their superior service.

My air conditioning system completely stopped working. This was on a Thursday, and the replacement circuit board had to be special ordered from the manufacturer. The air conditioning repair guy went out of his way to put a rush on it. On Monday morning, he was back at my house and the problem was fixed.
