I had a great experience at Dick's Stereo in Boise. John took the time to understand my budget and helped me build the right system without ever trying to upsell me or push equipment I didn't need. They're down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and have a great selection of equipment, from high-end gear to budget-friendly options. Unlike some shops that only seem interested in big-ticket customers, everyone at Dick's Stereo was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

My car is older, standard radio. Dick's installed a new radio, if you can call it that, bluetooth, hands free phone and messaging, map app, to name a small number of features. I love it!!!
