The Costco Vision Center provides a fantastic and exceptional experience. The doctors are described as amazing, first rate, super kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough, taking time to explain everything clearly. The entire office staff and support team are incredibly friendly, efficient, professional, quick, and helpful, going above and beyond. They make the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Customers report great experiences, feeling comfortable, and highly recommend the vision center for thorough and attentive eye care.
I had an exceptional experience at the Costco Vision Center with Dr. Iwasa and the entire office staff. They went above and beyond to help with my extremely complicated prescription, making sure every detail was accurate and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Iwasa took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I’m truly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone seeking thorough and attentive eye care. Five stars all the way!
Fantastic experience with Costco's vision center!Thorough exam with an amazing doctor (Dr. McAdams--who actually laughed at my alien abduction joke, cementing him as my favorite optometrist ever) and a great office team (kind, quick, and knowledgeable--everyone needs support staff like these women). The salesperson who helped me pick out glasses was wonderful (Thanks, Bonnie!), and I feel happy about my choices.Monovision is a weird thing because I see fine until my brain is tired or the lighting dims. I'm excited to "see" how these glasses work out. ?
I've gone to Dr. Iwasa for years. He is first rate--knowledgeable, personable. Joyce in the frame shop was so friendly and helpful. She worked hard to make sure I got the best from my insurance.
