I aways see Sandra for my cut and color. She listens well to my wishes, and she's an absolute magician with color. Who would have thought quality and value could still be found?

This was my first time to have my hair done at Cost Cutters on Overland in Boise.
I was totally impressed by the customer service rendered from the time I arrived for my scheduled appointment to service rendered.
Eva was my stylist and all the concerns I had for color and cut for my hair were quickly addressed. She was very helpful in reassuring me I would be satisfied with the results. I was elated when everything was completed! I couldn’t have been happier and have another appointment with Eva in October!! I highly recommend Cost Cutters!!
