Disappointed in the service! I went in excited for a change, but was continually told how dry and damaged my hair was. Seems similar to being told I'm fat going into a gym, yup that's the reason I'm there...for help! I basically got the cut I wanted, w the exception of the bangs I didn't ask for! However, I left feeling very negative about the stylist...needs better customer service skills!

Cost cutters used to go by another name which I forget now. When they were bought by the ben company, all of the employees stayed, so if you had someone you liked before they're most likely still there. I'm a guy so my haircut is pretty straightforward, but they always do a good job and I've never had a bad experience there.
