I treated myself to a moisture-drench facial with Colleen at Wholistic Beauty Boutique... so relaxing, nourishing and lovely! My aging skin, exposed to the elements of Idaho's dryness, really drink up all the beautiful natural emollients, plus her neck and arm massage is integrated into the experience and it is fabulous! To be honest, I had no clue what chakras were. I had an energy healing session with Colleen in the past and wanted to try something different. The chakra balancing included walking through the chakras using words, colors, stones and sounds. What made the biggest difference to me is I actually FELT it in my body as she talked about each chakra. Now, after years of different services, I am able to recognize what different tension and energy feels like and what to do with it. I’m thankful for her knowledge and being willing to share it!
