Cathy is amazing. I was a little hesitant to consider a realtor that I didn't know, or that has not specifically been in the Boise area their entire career. I was also a little concerned about the idea of a flat fee when other realtors won't consider this idea. I could not possibly be happier with her or how our home sale went! She is incredibly easy to work with, communicative, kind, honest and more than knowledgeable. She handled stress and bumps in the process incredibly well, offering solid advice and she kept us on track with closing. When I am ready to buy or sell again, she will be who I call, and I can't recommend Cathy enough! She is a great realtor!
