Had a puppy chew out the wiring underneath our tent camper. Talked to the guys at Boise Valley RV and they got it in & fixed quickly. Work was top notch, bill was very reasonable. Great guys, I've found the place I'll get all my RV repairs done in the future!
Finally - an honest and competent RV repair place. We’ve had disastrous experiences with both Camping World and Uncharted RV. As a matter of fact we came to Boise Valley RV after Uncharted RV kept our vehicle for over 5 1/2 weeks to replace a leveling jack and then informed us we needed to replace another one (which with we hadn’t had any prior issues). Assuming they might have screwed something up (maybe when they were swapping ‘valves’ to check the other jack the DID replace). So we brought it here and after checking it out not only did they determine the jack did NOT need replacing - they didn’t charge us anything for the diagnosis!!! We’ve found its...read full review
I had an amazing experience through the whole process. The staff was great, the price was definitely reasonable and it was done efficiently. I found them in search of a faucet for a next day trip. They had the part on hand there and helped me out big time. It was a simple drop off in the morning and I was able to pick up after hours. I got a great feeling from everyone and felt good about spending my money here! 100% will recommend my friends and family for all RV needs. Rock on guys! I’ll be returning!
