We recently moved from Ogden to Boise and have just been introduced to pickleball. I tweaked my lower back and after a couple of days of unrelenting pain, I started searching for a chiropractor. Many years ago, I visited a chiropractor when I tweaked my neck and it was not a good experience so I was wary but desperate. It turns out, Boise Chiropractic was just a few blocks away and had good reviews. Dr. Spainhower has totally changed my apprehension about the profession. Dr. Tod began helping me manage my migraines in 2010. With his chiropractic adjustments, exercise recommendations, and nutritional supplements I've been able to lead an active, healthy, and mostly pain free lifestyle for twelve years now. He has also helped me heal various sports injuries, and overcome muscle tension brought on during stressful times.
