This is one business that really deserved to go under. No supervision of employees who arrived late, did poor quality work, and tried to camouflage their mistakes. They were also brutal on materials, anything new looked used after they touched it. Now bankrupt and can’t honor warranty, that fact alone makes my point.

We got framing, barn doors, 3 closets of shelves, and a large long cabinet custom built and installed. Very happy with how it turned out. Priced well. 4.5 stars. Communication could be better.

I am so disappointed with the owner of the company Ron Alexander. At first I was so happy to have found someone that I really liked. He responded to my request so quickly, showed up on time, sent a bid right away (great price) and delivered exactly what I asked for (beautiful custom wood outdoor entry gates). His workers were so professional and nice and I was very happy with everything. With that, I was going to keep him around to do custom interior doors, new fence and some smaller outdoor projects. He came back to look at all the other things and completely ghosted me. I was very taken aback by this. I emailed him a few times, texted him and then called him because I was worried something happened to him. No response. I call his carpenter that did the gates to see if he was ok and Mike confirmed he was fine and he didn't know why he wasn't responding to me. He said he would be seeing him the next day and see what was going on. I have since heard back from either one of them. This is just so disappointing, disheartening and extremely unprofessional. No matter what the reason, I feel he could have let me know. The fact that he carpenter didn't even follow back up with me is weird too, just not cool.Nothing went wrong during our project, it went so smooth. I was excited to have him do more work and refer him to people. That won't be happening.Very disappointed.
