Nikita at Boise Biomechanics is the real deal. I have dealt with messed up bone structure and muscular imbalances my entire life. This has either put me in pain (and caused an incessant hip surgery), prevented me from doing what I love to do or has made me disgusted to look at myself in the mirror. You will have to work hard and get comfortable being uncomfortable but it’s so worth the changes you’ll make. My life has significantly improved since I started at Boise Biomechanics.Thank you for everything so far Nikita!
