Francois is amazing! I had an issue in the car wash. I let him know as soon as we got through. He wrote the report and said that someone would call me within three to five days. He actually called me the very next morning. He told me to get it fixed and bring him the receipt. I did just that. Francois is a little faster than me. I didn't provide him the receipt until today, 3/25/24. He phone me yesterday to make sure I was on track and had gotten the issue repaired.Now THAT IS a fantastic customer experience!! They will continue to get my business... even though they are farther away from me.

We love bluebird carwash. Our kids always love the colors and the vacuums work so well! Great staff, Hunter was so friendly and made sure our family was taken care of! He knows his stuff.

Great service, and excellent manners! Logan Shimel is an outstanding worker and shows dignity and pride within this field of work! i appreciate how helpful and informative he was with getting us in and out smoothly and efficiently! will keep coming back with more employees like him
