Bio-One responded immediately to our phone call, showed up early, did a very thorough job in a tough/sensitive situation. They were kind, empathetic and left no room for myself or other family members to feel uncomfortable.
Bio-One came out immediately to remediate my home, removed the unhealthy smells, discussed alternatives and costs, and did an Ozone treatment to reset air quality. All of their team was highly professional, and the services were worth every penny.
We have spent the last month fighting an invasion of mice into our home. We had finally managed to trap most of the mice but they left an enormous amount of debris, dirt and droppings on their way out! We are both 84 years old and one of us is on oxygen 24/7, so we were both unable to even start to clean up.
