Dave was responsible for the inspection and reinspection of my first home purchase. He did a phenomenal job and I will recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. Dave was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. Both reports came back the same day of the inspection which was surprising since the reports were so thorough and detailed. I think a lot of other inspectors would have missed some of the things Dave found. 10/10 would definitely use Dave with Anthem inspections again.
Dave is very thorough and timely with his inspections. He gives great and easy to understand explanations and provides a same-day copy of your inspection complete with details and annotated pictures! Highly recommend for all your inspection needs. Thanks Dave!
