Dave was responsible for the inspection and reinspection of my first home purchase. He did a phenomenal job and I will recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. Dave was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. Both reports came back the same day of the inspection which was surprising since the reports were so thorough and detailed. I think a lot of other inspectors would have missed some of the things Dave found. 10/10 would definitely use Dave with Anthem inspections again.
