My wife and I went here for our annual eye exams. My wife had been here a few times before while working out her post-cataract surgery Rx for new glasses. The facility is clean and spacious, the counter people were friendly and courteous. The work was explained and the persons conducting the tests were friendly and appeared to genuinely care about us and would take the time to explain things. All in all it was a very positive experience that I would recommend to my friends and relatives.
My appointment with Dr. Anderson at Ada Vision was great from beginning to end. The receptionists and the check in and out processes were warm and organized, and the assistant that did the preliminary tests explained what each test would entail before proceeding. This was my second visit with Dr. Harsini. He is very knowledgeable, capable, and a good communicator. I have been wearing one contact lens and using monovision to have good distance vision as well as being able to see close objects and read. Although my distance vision was good, I was having more difficulty reading. Dr. Harsini recommended switching which eye was corrected for distance. This was an amazingly simple and effective solution!
