We have lived in our apartment for 2 1/2 years now and it has been a good experience. We've contacted maintenance a couple of times for minor issues and they have been responsive. Very happy with Trail Creek!

I've lived in the same apartment for two years. Trail Creek is the 5th group to manage this apartment complex in 2 years. Ive been having problems with my heater the whole time. They got it fixed the day I informed them. I appreciate their urgency and I look forward to renting from them in the future

I am currently in the process of applying for an apartment through Trail Creek, and along the way I’ve had some questions. They have been super helpful with their answers! I’m excited to see if we’ll be approved for the apartment, I would like to be apart of this property management.
