“Exceptional care for my Society. Exceptional compassion for the animals. I just wish they would allow payments instead of payment at time of service. Emergencies happen. I can afford payments but not a bulk amount of money at one time when something unexpected occurs. I will of course pay my bill, but being threatened with collections or told "we're not a bank" doesn't match with the wonderful care they give the animals. I'd just like it if they gave the people of the animals the same compassion they give their patients.“
