Exceptional care for my Society. Exceptional compassion for the animals. I just wish they would allow payments instead of payment at time of service. Emergencies happen. I can afford payments but not a bulk amount of money at one time when something unexpected occurs. I will of course pay my bill, but being threatened with collections or told "we're not a bank" doesn't match with the wonderful care they give the animals. I'd just like it if they gave the people of the animals the same compassion they give their patients.
My horse needed emergency colic surgery at 2:30 am. We rushed him here and the degree of care shown to my horse despite his poor odds was amazing. I appreciate these doctors for doing a hard job at all hours of the night or day.
This is a HUGE shout-out to Dr. Sofia, who literally saved my horse’s life on Saturday night. Thanks to her care and expertise, he is well now following a frightening case of lupine toxicity. After ONE bite (that included seeds and pods), he was soon stumbling and barely able to stay on his feet. Beware the lupine! And count on Sawtooth Equine!
