Honest and trustworthy! We bought a refurbished computer tower from Dean and we have had it for almost a year and have never had a problem with it. More recently my internet was not working and Dean was able to come out within an hour to take a look at it. He ended up only staying for 15 minutes and he pro-rated the hour so I didn't have to pay the full rate which I thought was amazing and honest of him. I recommend him highly to anyone who needs someone who is no nonsense and will be fair with you.

I really appreciated that he was quick to respond back to my vm, set up an appointment same day, solved my issue with corrupted files that needed to be deleted and the price for hard drive and service is affordable.

Came in needing a hardware upgrade. Dean came up with a cheaper solution than we planned. Then instead of having to wait days, he had it ready to go in 2 hours. Awesome service. I'm sending all my friends his direction
