Boone has been such a great agent for us over the last few years. He always keeps the buyer and seller well informed of the whole process! Boone has always been fair, honest, and respectful with anyone and everyone that he deals with, even if people are disrespectful. I would very highly recommend Boone any day of the week, and twice on Sunday!

Boone is a great real estate agent! He works around the clock to make sure clients and buyers get the information they need as soon as possible! He is absolutely fabulous and respectful when dealing with disrespectful and rude buyers that try to undercut sellers. Very happy we have Boone taking care of us and our property!

Your Word is Your Bond. I firmly believe that and unfortunately in this case someone else did not have the same conviction. First of all Boone is very organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was very disappointed that our transaction with him went south as I genuinely enjoyed working with him. Here is what happened:
11 acres outside Mackay had been listed for around 2 years and the recent contract fell through because a farmer has a buried irrigation across the middle of the lot.
