I am SO HAPPY with our Copper Creek home (moved in 7 months ago). In the planning process, they worked to make it perfect for us. I was impressed by the engineering they do to make homes energy-efficient. Then when it came time to choose the details, I was so impressed at the quality of materials that come standard: custom kitchen cabinets, closet shelving, wide baseboards, beautiful trim, stone countertops, cushy carpet, etc. I've heard generalized advice to people choosing to build instead of buy to brace yourself because some subs are good and some are not. Outstanding builder! The cost to quality of home we received far exceeded our expectations. The house is gorgeous inside and out. The Copper Creek team was amazing to work with, they handled working with my barrage of consitent and demanding questions greatly. Annie made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Brandon insured after the house was built that it still maintained its high quality, and Derek oversaw to insure that I got a great house in the short military time frame I had. Highly recommend Copper Creek Homes!
