The person who conducted my eye exam was great—very patient and kind. The doctor was also friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when I was helped by the person assisting me with choosing my glasses.
She was rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and made me feel rushed and unheard. I tried to be friendly and make small talk, but she wasn’t receptive at all. I explained what I didn’t like about my current glasses and was hoping for guidance, but I ended up having to figure everything out on my own.
Whenever I asked about different color options for frames I liked, she would immediately say she knew for a fact they didn’t come in other colors. When I asked for something black similar to a pair I found, her response was simply, “I’m not sure.” At checkout, after I said I wanted basic 2 frames, she mentioned what the doctor recommended and the protection but didn’t explain the cost, saying, “You just wanted the basic frame.”
Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will not be returning. I’m honestly considering canceling my glasses order and going somewhere else.
Edit: I did go back in and talk to the store manager. She was very apologetic, kind and understanding. I will stand with I won't go back.

Absolutely a nightmare! I spent 120$ for glasses that I can’t even see. Every time I wear those glasses, my vision feels too heavy. Now, I have to go to another doctor to correct my measurements and spend more money.

Worst glasses I have ever bought. I paid over 6 hundred dollars for my pair. All they did was up sell me on a product that isn't even as effective as the cheaper option. I have had to use my warranty and replace, just for them to do the same exact thing. I rinse my lenses with hot water, use the lense spray and cleaner and they still go bad. Both pairs were with in a year. I paid so that this would not happen and it's ten time worse than if I would have got the regular plastic lenses. Would not recommend.

Overall average experience. The associate Emily i dealt with was way too scripted, wordy, fast talking and pushy for my preference. I usually enjoy a more relaxed and relatable approach. Rather than a forced scripted fast worded approach. By the end of my visit I couldn't wait to get out of there. There were 5 women all sitting around joking unprofessionally and carrying on not doing anything productive. So personally I wouldn't come back to support a bunch of lazy unambitious women sitting on their butts riding out a work day.
