Quick response time. On a miserable weather day! Came in got right after it. I stood over watching him work which can make some people uncomfortable…. Didn’t seem to bother him as I ask questions that anyone curious would. Felt like he was thorough, not for checking one thing but for checking the rest of the system. And areas to improve what I have make it more efficient. Thank you sir. I’ll call again when it’s time to replace what I have. I’m a fan.
Bill Jensen is outstanding! Our furnace went out in the middle of a snowstorm and a string of 7+ below zero days. He was able to get it working well enough to keep the house heated and then replace the furnace within two days from first call. He is definitely someone who goes above and beyond! We appreciate him very much and will never call anyone else.
AC needed recharged , called on a Sunday and the tech's showed promptly by 9AM. Had everything fixed and was on their way. Everyone was polite and professional and so helpful ! So happy with the service provided.Services: A/C system repair
