“I have struggled since breaking an ankle eight years ago. I initially came to Rolfing Iowa to see if the inward misalignment of my knee resulting from the ankle injury could be helped without surgery. The result of just few sessions of treatment resulted in an improved gait, more stamina when walking, less knee pain, better leg and hip alignment and reduced nighttime cramping. It was amazing and continues to be improved with some maintenance.
While continue to work on my leg, treatment has also been done on my neck and lower back resulting in improved posture and less holding of tension in my upper body. I highly recommend doing a consultative visit to learn what can be done through fascia work on all parts of the body.
