If only... I had discovered Rolfing Iowa sooner. Frank listened to the symptoms I described and then proceeded to explain why he was focusing on releasing certain areas that were holding the pain. I had been experiencing serious lower back pain for over a year. Chiropractic and massage took the edge off but it did not remove the stiffness that had set in. Frank's level of expertise as a rolfer is hard to find just anywhere. Des Moines is fortunate to have such a skilled health provider. Have had multiple sessions and since the first one I’ve noticed a large improvement in my gait. As well as: resolved pins and needles feeling in my toes in the morning, feel taller and Frank created more space in my left ribs. There are a number of other tissue improvements I’ve noticed as well. Frank is very knowledgeable and great at explaining what work he is doing. Rolfing has seriously helped with my neck and back pain, as well as mobility. When I started I was having a huge amount of pain in my neck, and Frank has basically resolved the problem over our sessions and helped me a lot. This also helped a ton with my posture.
