“Arsenio Vargas came to my property in Mt Ayr and inspected both of my roofs and 1. Saved me a ton of $ 2. He did only what was necessary. Being a absentee owner it is hard to find trustworthy contractors to do the job right and within budget. I highly recommend him and his crew. He fixed the leaky dormers and re-shingled a 4 plex and painted the side of the building.“
