We had a great experience! Rusty came out the same day I called for a free estimate. He took the time to examine the inside of the house, the attic, and the roof, as well as answer all of my many questions. He took pictures of the problem he found on the roof and how he fixed it so I could see.
Where do I even begin? I don’t know if My words will be able to adequately express my experience with this company but here’s my attempt: From my very first phone call to the office where I explained I needed a new roof fairly quickly- I was told I’d receive a call back from one of the roofing specialist- I was expecting a day or two but within 30 min I received a return call from Rusty the Roofing Manager- he advised he was on his way back to Des Moines from Ames so he would actually swing by my home to do an estimate and email it my way. Rusty stuck to his word and sent me a photo of being at my home and followed up two days later with a full itemized estimate and the transparency of what extra costs could be potential but he advised he didn’t foresee needing anything outside the scope of the initial estimate. With my work schedule it was going to be difficult to meet up but Rusty swung by on Saturday to sit down and discuss what my vision was for colors and style. He listened. He didn’t shove anything down my throat. He really listened and educated me on any questions I had. Before Rusty left he let me know what to expect going forward and the timeline of the project- he let me know who would be following up to confirm my appointment date and provided me all his information if I had questions or concerns in the meantime. Two days later I received the confirmation call from Kevin the Roofing Production Coordinator. Kevin also walked me through what to expect and made sure I had all questions answered. The next morning (today) he showed up exactly the time he promised and made sure I didn’t have any concerns before him and his crew went to it. I had heard horror stories of coming home to a mess with staples and nails all over the place but I came home to a beautiful roof with the yard and driveway cleaner than I left them. Now this next part will make me sound like a complete idiot but this topped my experience and will be the reason why I never use any other company for the services Wolf offers- so here goes- I, like the fool I tend to be, left a spare key outside. When I got home I could not find this key- after searching around a bit I went into panic mode “oh my gosh I had strangers at my house and now I’m going to be robbed and murdered” Kevin was onsite to do a final inspect with me to make sure I was happy and do a final cleanup. I mentioned that I couldn’t find the key and how I felt uneasy. He followed up with his men, helped do a search, and advised me he did not want me to go to bed with worry so for peace of mind he wanted to replace my locks and keys. Kevin personally purchased and installed my new locks before heading home for the night. I have had some good customer service in my life but I feel confident in saying nothing has ever topped the experience I had with this company. Because of the Wolf team tonight I will sleep soundly under my beautiful new roof.
