Keziah at Welcome Wellness has changed my life!! I never really saw the value in massage as a preventative measure or a regular part of wellness—I used to only see it as a luxury! After burning out in January and seeing Keziah on a regular basis, I've experienced a significant reduction in my stress, which was my biggest trigger for my anxiety and IBS. Keziah is so professional and has years of experience. I was so relaxed during my last massage that I actually fell asleep a couple of times, haha! Thankful to have her as one of my primary wellness practitioners who is also LGBTQ+ friendly!

I won’t go anywhere else for a massage- I mean that!! I’ve been seeing Keziah for several years and she is truly one of the best massage therapists there is. She makes sure that you leave every session feeling better than when you arrived; she has deep and thorough knowledge of massage therapy and lymphatic work, and always makes sure to address your concerns, as well as educate you on anything that she notices.
