However, experiences with the front office staff vary greatly, with some finding them very welcoming and others describing poor customer service and a horrible attitude that needs to be addressed. I was scheduled for a corrective surgery with Dr. Lamaster, a very respected, caring Dr, whom I trust whole heartheartedly. The day before my consult the clinic called to reschedule. I was told Dr. Lamaster was no longer with the clinic. No one can tell me where she has gone. I canceled until I am able to do more research on reputable Doctors. It is very disheartening as she was the best and they won't give any information about her move.
Had a great experience. The staff and doctors were so attentive to my concerns. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Emily, Hannah and Reagan made me feel very comfortable and like they really cared about my health.
The doctors are excellent, but the front office staff are horrible! Customer service training is needed. The one girl who sits next to the door that goes back into the offices has a horrible attitude via phone and in person. Her attitude should be addressed. If you don’t like your job, find a new one… it’s that simple!
