I was looking at the bad reviews and realized Chad Piper was hired here. I found an article that you can locate under “Anthem files suit against former exec, claiming he stole trade secrets in Medicaid”
He was accused of violating his contract with BCBS. Sounds like they just slapped him on the hand and now he's with this company. Good luck Iowa!

Worst company I have ever experienced. They have declined me getting care twice now within a few months. They don't care about you getting care. I am a disabled veteran who needs physical therapy often and they can just say nope not anymore. I'm definitely going back to Tricare as primary. Telligen caused me more stress than I need. I shouldn't be bawling my eyes out because I can't depend on them to just except my doctors advice because somehow telligen doctors know everything about me and can say no to my care.

This company should not be allowed to make medical decisions for Blue Cross Blue shield .How do you make decisions by just looking at the patients paperwork . You don't even physically examine the patients . Horrible service and its a shame that you can't get needed medical care even when you pay for it .
