She explained things so well and was so on top of her job that I was truly taken back, in the best way.
I learned SO MUCH about taxes and due to her diligence, I was able to file a new form to my job's HR department that will help us take the right amount out throughout the year that we won't be left with a huge lump sum to pay in for.
