I have never understood the process when filling with other tax consultants, and after filing with Mikki I understand things so much better. She explained things so well and was so on top of her job that I was truly taken back, in the best way.

I learned SO MUCH about taxes and due to her diligence, I was able to file a new form to my job's HR department that will help us take the right amount out throughout the year that we won't be left with a huge lump sum to pay in for. I wasn't even aware I could do this before Mikki's input. She also gave many tips on how we can better set ourselves up for success. She gave a detailed email about why we owed on certain things and what/why we were able to deduct certain things all while putting it in terms that I completely understood.
