RyAnn, Layla, and Taylor are so sweet!! they always answer all of my questions and are so nice, whether i’m buying something or not. the wait times here are always super short too or none at all which is super nice compared to some busier salons. Taylor helped me purchase something over the phone when i couldn’t make it into the salon before sale ended, she was super helpful!
The staff is so nice & I never have to wait but I really wish the speakers were controllable. Some rooms they are - some they aren't & it feels like the ones you can't mess with are so loud.
We have been customers for many years and always appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I recently visited and explained that we have been coming for so long that I haven't really kept up with all the new offerings and requested more information. The staff was happy to explain EVERYTHING and answered so many questions. They even took the time to walk me through and actually show me the new spa offerings which made me feel so much more comfortable. We even went over products. I can't imagine not being a member!
