I could not have asked for a better experience! Fighting cancer is struggle enough but dealing with the hair loss and seeing a different person in the mirror just makes it feel worse. My hair was thinning on the crown. I've been using root cover spray, but it was to the point I was using so much it was staining my shower when I washed my hair. I also always wore a hat when I was in stadium stands. So conscious of my thinning on top. Taylor was extremely patient and thorough. She asked about my experience and hair care and gave me tips to keep my scalp healthy. She had ample topper selections and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. My daughter took me to Studio 409 for a wig consultation, due to my concern with my hair loss. I was pretty apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. Taylor K. was absolutely amazing! She put me at ease right away, with her compassion and extensive knowledge. She welcomed any questions, and we had a lot. She listened to what I was looking for and brought in several selections to try. She was so patient, we never felt rushed.
