Unprofessional & no communication. Please don't waste your time & energy applying, because you're certainly not wasting theirs.Find a workplace that can bare minimum give you a call back to reschedule after they blow off your interview, instead of sending you an email a week later that you aren't selected for the position. I left voice-mails for recruitment & HR staff.EXTREMELY unprofessional.
Long story short I took an offer but couldn't start right away. I was told to reapply and I did, however when I did I found myself talking to the same person as before and was told that "I don't know who you talked to but that's not our process of hiring". A side note the hiring post for both jobs were the exact same but within the phone interview $/hr decreased by $3.00. Needless to say my confidence in this type of process and contradiction led me to believe that this wouldn't be a good fit for me.
Very bad communication skills for a security job they be have you getting in trouble when someone tells you to do something its always the opposite with them. Especially dowtown des moines securitas for sure.
