I got a balayage with Alissa today and she was so sweet! I’ve been dying my own hair over the past year with box dye and she got me amazing results for one visit!
The salon itself was also nicely kept and had good vibes!
Des was SO amazing when I was quite desperate for someone to help me in a pinch. She went out of her way to fit me into her busy schedule to help accommodate my own crazy schedule. My extensions were no longer blending well with my natural hair, and she was able to do a highlight/ lowlight, and overall tone to make everything blend beautifully and look very natural. She also was incredibly meticulous and detail oriented on not only the placement of my color (and protecting my hair, not putting it under heat), but when she moved my IBE row up, it was a seamless finish. I would absolutely recommend 10/10!
So thankful I found Alissa Burham after searching high and low for an experienced blonde colorist. I have gotten the best results with my blonde from her! She knows what she’s doing, listens to my hair goals, and proceeds with confidence and I’ve been so,so blessed! Not only does she give great hair results, I leave with a full heart! She is so bubbly and fun… and I truly found a great friend! Go see her! For all your hair needs- she also certified and well experienced with extensions! Always worth the 30 min drive from Ankeny to see her.
