My kids have gotten their haircut by Kevin for years now. They love him. He always remembers that they both play hockey. They talk hockey the entire time. He is the absolute best. When we moved out of Des Moines, we still drive an hour to see him for haircuts. Kevin and the kids are always smiling and laughing the entire time we are there. My second visit to the Penrod barber shop and another great haircut. Ken wasn't busy so we spent some time chatting after my haircut. He mentioned that Sept. 1 will mark his 49th year in business.

Kevin is the man! Cash only barber and walk ins only. With good scenery out the window, aTV to watch while you wait, magazines, and lots of cool stuff on the walls to looks at, I almost hope I have to wait in line so I can sit and hangout there.
