Oh, my, what a great group of people. I hadn’t had water in my basement for years! Well, I did and I called MacPro Restore and they came almost immediately. The staff has been amazing in every way! They explained what needed to be done so even I could understand. Kind, considerate, knowledgable and prompt ready to help when they dug right into the failed sump pump and a few age details since the house was built in 1983.
