I’ve been a client of Iowa Home Care for a short time but my bath aid Ms. Lisa is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients! If she ever retires I honestly don’t know what I would do, and God forbid this company takes her for granted I would have to take my business elsewhere, unfortunately!!! Also they have the kindest intake personnel including Olivia, who made me feel supported especially being disabled, that means the world to me. I have been with Iowa Homr Care in an administrative/management position for 9 years. In a previous life, I was a CNA in the nursing home. Recently, due to ongoing staffing issues, I refreshed my knowledge of personal care, and began to take care of clients in the field. Not just one or two, but multiple. I feel like this has allowed me to renew my sense of purpose in life.
