I had an incredible experience at the new Lympha Spa & Massage By Fiona location! The lymphatic massage was not only deeply relaxing but also educational—Fiona took the time to explain the benefits and techniques, which made the experience even more meaningful. The massage helped reduce inflammation and left me feeling lighter and more energized.
The sauna with red light therapy afterward was the perfect way to cap off the session. Fiona is absolutely fantastic with her knowledge, experience and expertise on Lymphatic messages.. ? she was very professional and kind… I had a wonderful first time experience and already ready for another session as I suffer from chronic pain, fibromyalgia & neuropathy after a spinal surgery caused from DJD, osteoarthritis & Elhers Danilo’s Syndrome/ Hypermobility lll… thank you Fiona!!
