Talia is a color perfectionist. Which is exactly what you want. She gets the blonde highlights pure blonde and lowlights done exactly how I want. And gets my gray covered beautifully. She's a delight to be around and does a fantastic job!! I Highly recommend for all your hair needs!! 💖
