Great Clips is a convenient and affordable place for a quick haircut. Customers appreciate the ability to check in online to skip the line, which helps save time, especially when busy. The prices are reasonable, with some deals making haircuts very affordable. The service quality varies; some customers received good haircuts, and a manager at one location personally ensured a satisfactory experience, showing kindness and understanding. However, not all staff are familiar with specific styles like the Ivy League cut, and booking appointments by phone is not available, which can be inconvenient. The atmosphere is practical but not fancy. Overall, many find Great Clips to be a good fit for a budget-friendly haircut, especially when using online check-in, though some wish they could get more coupons or schedule appointments in advance.
Brandy was fantastic. I’m from out of town for a brother’s celebration of life and Brandy was exceptional: friendly, positive, perfect conversationalist given circumstances, and exceedingly good haircut to boot. Best hair stylist I’ve had in 25+ years. Highly recommend. In fact, I now wait to get my haircut until I fly back into DSM for east coast!! Highly recommend this hair stylist / friendly-therapist!
Date night was quickly approaching, and I needed a haircut just to be my best. I was in a hurry, so I utilized Great Clips' online check-in app, and this was the closest location with merely a 14 minute wait. I arrived shortly thereafter and got in and out in a short amount of time. The best part is I take advantage of some of the generous deals they offer, and the haircut only cost me $13.99 plus tax and a generous tip. Win for Great Clips.
Great place to get a cheap haircut. Definitely not the nicest place, but far from the worst. A good fit for most. I like that you can check in online and skip the line, I highly recommend doing so as they can get rather busy.
