Prior to going to Great Clips a couple weeks ago, I hadn't gone to get my hair cut for roughly 15 years and had a great experience going back. Spoiler alert: men's haircuts at some of the sporty clips or specialty places that serve drinks, etc, have gotten ridiculously expensive, so I appreciated paying $20ish, not including the tip. The EP True location seems to have shorter wait times and the stylist I got was terrific. I also appreciate the ease and simplicity of booking appointments via their site and how the wait times are updated for each location.
We have used Great Clips for many years. The salon we visit is very friendly and outgoing and welcomes all customers immediately. We have a favorite and her name is Julie and she does a fantastic job at cutting our hairs as we want.
