You aren't just another case to Goodman and Keller! As with anything each situation is unique. They take the time on the front end to understand you as well as evaluate your case. Jeff and Nicole were very helpful throughout the process by explaining the situation(s) and the possible outcomes as we went through each phase of the suit. Brenda is an unbelievable asset to the group. Her knowledge of the processes and being on the front lines with you was comforting.
