I’ve been training with Jeff Burris at Genesis Health Club at the Mills Civic location in Des Moines for about 5 weeks and getting some initial impressive results (lost 10 lbs and 12 in) in that period of time.I was a skeptic and not a gym enthusiast at all but I need to loose weight and get in better shape overall. Therefore personal training, coaching and encouragement with Jeff. I have goals to accomplish and Jeff is the best trainer to help me meet my goals. He’s tough but encouraging and pushes you to do better than your best. This facility is unreal. When I first went inside, I thought I was in a hotel from the size. Very high variety of equipment and a lot of space, nice mirror rooms, pools, courts etc. This gym has everything you need.

This is a great Gym, i have been working with personal trainer Garret and it has been a fantastic experience. Reliable, solid communication, and very knowledgable. He listens to my goals and helps me to progress towards them. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for more then just a gym and an extraordinary trainer!
