My husband and I just had the absolute best tech assistance ever from Eric at the Geek Squad in West Des Moines. He identified several problems that he not only quickly remedied but also explained to us how and what happened. He was patient and extremely capable. We've found that IT specialists only seem to know hardware. Eric knew it all, including Microsoft Edge issues. We highly recommend him.
