I'm on a tight turnaround. Jon F. , a FBFS Central Agency Representative II really came through for me by exceeding expectations and keeping his word. I needed some documents and he got them to me sooner than the 24 hours promised. I can't state how much I appreciate Jon's help. More than that, I could tell he cared and wanted to help. Anyone like Jon is a tribute to FBFS.
Dealing with the local agent is great in Brigham City, Utah. Hate dealing with the Farm Bureau system. A lot of mail dominated by legaleze and nonsense. The need to focus more on customer service from the corporate level and provide a means for constructive feedback. Could be great if they would focus more on systems which simplify customer interaction with a lower volume of mail and paperwork. I have to pay postage to respond to questions and input which should be provided for on their website.
