Dr. Cody Koch performed a procedure in which he used a laser to repair several spots on my face. Most of these spots were sebaceous hyperplasia. During my initial visit, he explained in detail what he felt he could do, and provided me with realistic expectations. He explained the process of using the laser, the risks, and the aftercare that would provide the best outcome. The day of the procedure, the staff prepared me and Dr. Koch was right on time. He again explained what I would be hearing and feeling, and asked if I had any questions. The procedure only took approximately 30 minutes. I have seen a Elise several times and she has just been amazing. She's super friendly and helpful. She resolved some discoloration on my face, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I also had a consult with Dr. Koch and unfortunately it was not a good time for me to have surgery. They were super accommodating in refunding my money and I really appreciate it that since I unfortunately had a transition that wasn't making it possible for me to feel comfortable having the surgery. I had a clear skin facial yesterday after one treatment I’ve seen results and feel fresh. The team is amazing and very kind. I will continue to go back and get more treatments definitely recommend!
