We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Cody Koch. My son underwent a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and turbinate reduction after breaking his nose and developing a deviated septum from wrestling. From our very first appointment, Dr. Koch truly listened to our concerns and took the time to explain everything clearly, setting realistic expectations for both the procedure and recovery.

What stood out most was the level of care and compassion he showed. He treated my son like more than just a patient—he genuinely cared about his well-being and comfort. The personal touches made all the difference, including providing his personal cell phone number and even following up the evening after surgery to check on how my son was doing.

Even though we’re only about a month into recovery, my son is already seeing and benefiting from Dr. Koch’s work, which speaks volumes about his skill and expertise.

That kind of attentiveness and dedication is rare. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care, skill, and kindness Dr. Koch provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing similar procedures.

Dr. Cody Koch performed a procedure in which he used a laser to repair several spots on my face. Most of these spots were sebaceous hyperplasia. During my initial visit, he explained in detail what he felt he could do, and provided me with realistic expectations. He explained the process of using the laser, the risks, and the aftercare that would provide the best outcome.

The day of the procedure, the staff prepared me and Dr. Koch was right on time. He again explained what I would be hearing and feeling, and asked if I had any questions. The procedure only took approximately 30 minutes. Although I had applied numbing cream, a few spots felt as though I was being snapped with a rubber band. Overall, it was less painful than I had anticipated.

I felt like a had a mild sunburn the evening after the procedure. I followed the aftercare instructions, and within 3 days the spots started to lighten and heal. Although I only had the procedure performed a week ago, I can already tell that many of the spots will definitely have an improved appearance.

The staff was all extremely helpful and efficient. Not only is Dr. Koch very skilled, he is extremely personable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him for any plastic surgery needs.

I had a clear skin facial yesterday after one treatment I’ve seen results and feel fresh. The team is amazing and very kind. I will continue to go back and get more treatments definitely recommend!
